Peta Nowacki founded Working Together in 2006 after establishing her career as an employment and industrial relations lawyer in leading Melbourne law firms. Since then, she has worked exclusively in workplace relations, supporting organisations through investigations, mediation, cultural reviews, training and strategic workplace advice.
With more than two decades of experience, Peta is recognised for her calm, practical and commercially focused approach to complex workplace matters. She combines strong legal expertise with an approachable communication style, helping organisations navigate sensitive issues with confidence while ensuring people feel respected, supported and heard throughout the process.

Qualifications & Experience
Peta holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Master of Labour Law from the University of Melbourne. She is a qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Peta is also a nationally accredited mediator, a qualified trainer and assessor, and an accredited member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Peta delivers training on behalf of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and is a founding committee member of the Association of Workplace Investigators Australia.
In addition to her consulting work, Peta has presented at conferences in Australia and internationally and lectures in Workplace Investigations, Law of Workforce Management and Discrimination at Monash University.
Peta is also an accredited member of the Associate Institute of Company Directors and has a passion for good governance.

Georgia Musgrove
Workplace Consultant
Georgia Musgrove brings extensive experience across workplace relations, people and culture, operations and commercial leadership. Beginning her career as a Chartered Accountant in corporate advisory and insolvency, she developed strong expertise navigating complex, high-pressure and highly sensitive environments across corporate, SME and not-for-profit sectors in both Australia and overseas.
In 2012, Georgia transitioned into the education sector, where she led the development and evolution of people and culture functions, strategies and operational practices across large staff groups. Since joining Working Together, Georgia has specialised in conducting complex workplace investigations and supporting organisations across the education, local government, health, community services and not-for-profit sectors on a broad range of sensitive people and culture matters.
Georgia is known for her thoughtful, authentic and empathetic approach. She creates environments where people feel comfortable engaging in honest conversations, even in challenging situations. Her ability to build trust, communicate clearly and identify practical pathways forward makes her highly effective in resolving workplace issues and supporting organisational improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Georgia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She is also trained in mediation through the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria and has undertaken extensive coaching training with Growth Coaching International.
Throughout her career, Georgia has led and supported a broad range of workplace initiatives including leadership development, professional learning programs, performance management processes, mediations and workplace investigations. She also delivers high level and organisational focused training.
Her combination of commercial insight and people-focused leadership enables her to balance organisational priorities with employee wellbeing to achieve practical and meaningful outcomes.
Karinda Lazer
