Your consultant will be Peta NowackiPeta has worked exclusively in the area of workplace relations since 1999. She is a qualified lawyer with a masters degree in labour law. Peta has been able to combine her legal skills with her commercial experience to bring practical solutions to everyday workplace issues. Peta holds a current practising certificate and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). Peta has worked across the fields of education, professional services, retail and manufacturing and has gained exposure in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Canberra and New Zealand. Peta has worked for large companies, small to medium organizations and the not for profit sector. Peta is a qualified mediator with Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR) and has conducted mediations in a range of employment, industrial and staffing disputes. She is also listed as a qualified mediator with the LIV. Peta has her certificate IV in training and assessment, provides training on behalf of the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and is an accredited member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
